COVID-19

     Concerns about COVID-19 are re-shaping our lives for a while. We are all experiencing the news on multiple levels - and we know it could pose a risk to our families, colleagues, customers, clients, and residents. We are unwavering in our commitment to you and to our partners, and are working to provide business continuity while providing a safe environment for our employees. 

     Our office staff will be working remotely to assist residents and staff is available 24/7 for building emergencies. Residents can call our office at (773)282-7653, contact us through the Resident Portal (text or email), or email your property manager directly. Although we are striving for a business-as-usual approach, minor maintenance requests may be delayed in order to keep residents and our staff safe over the next several weeks.

     We encourage everyone to follow the guidelines set by the CDC to protect yourself and those around you. 

  • Clean your hands often. Wash hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. Use sanitizer when washing is not accessible.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Practice social distancing (6 feet of distance between people). Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Maintain physical distance in public spaces.
  • Stay home if you are sick and do not return to work until at least 24 hours after you no longer have a fever without fever-reducing medications.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or in the crook of your arm; and throw away used tissue.
  • Use disinfectant wipes or sprays to clean frequently touched surfaces at home and work.
